A letter to Heads of European states and the USA

Шановні керівники провідних держав!

Ми звертаємося до вас у зв’язку з подіями російської агресії на сході України.

Наша країна зараз перебуває у економічно-політичній кризі. Економічна криза через девальвацію національної валюти, неоголошену війну.

На початку війни ми сподівалися на захист країн-гарантів Будапештського меморандуму.

Старше покоління віддавало атомну зброю в 90-ті роки, чекаючи на захист. А зараз це покоління гине, лишаючи нашу націю без майбутнього.

Тисячі українських дітей стають сиротами. Знищуються міста, все більше загиблих та інвалідів.

Наша країна намагається мирними шляхами вирішувати це питання, але обстріли з протилежної сторони не припиняються. Якщо зараз Україна не вистоїть, то російська агресія досягне меж сусідніх країн.

Ми були б вдячні, якби ви почали діяти більш активно.

Ми вважаємо, що необхідно нарешті почати впроваджувати конкретні заходи: заборону в’їзду російських громадян до країн Європи та США, арешт банківських рахунків та власності Росії на територіях вищезгаданих країн, виключення Росії зі складу ООН.

Dear heads of states!

We are writing to you in connection with the events of Russian aggression in Eastern Ukraine.

Our country is now in the economical and political crisis. The economical crisis is due to the devaluation of the currency and the undeclared war.

At the beginning of the war we were hoping for protection of the guarantors of Budapest Memorandum.

The elder generation had given away nuclear weapons in the 1990s, waiting for the defense. Now this generation dies, leaving our nation without any future.

Thousands of Ukrainian children become orphans. There are destroyed towns, more dead and disabled people.

Our country is trying to peacefully solve this issue, but from the opposite side attacks do not stop. If Ukraine does not hold out, the Russian aggression will reach the borders of neighboring countries.

We would be grateful if you started to act more effectively.

We believe that it is necessary to finally start implementing specific measures: ban the entry of Russian citizens in Europe and the USA, seizure of bank accounts and property in the territories of these countries, the exclusion of Russia from the United Nations.
